Marilyn has been a potter for 20 years, working with mainly functional forms. She enjoys exploring primitive, wood and salt firings.
Marilyn enjoys the natural qualities of clay and the manipulative forming process. In addition to her functional work, Marilyn enjoys creating interesting and unusual one-of-a-kind pieces.
Enthusiastic about her work, Marilyn has attended numerous workshops. She is involved with the Alberta Potter Association and the Medalta International Artists in Residence Program. She was also involved with the Medicine Hat Potters Association for many years.
